What is inside you will manifest outside of you

There are two extreme groups in our society. One is the complainer. They complain almost about everything, from their neighbor’s cat, and their work life to political figures. You know what to expect when they start talking.

Second, there are the calm ones. They smile a lot and complain about nothing. The serenity they show makes you wonder if they ever have any problems in their lives.

What makes these two groups extremely different from one another is how they manage their feelings. What they allow to enter their hearts shows in their behavior.

Our heart works like a magnet, pulling in things that are similar to what’s inside it. If you fill it with hate, you’ll attract more negativity. If you’re skeptical, you’ll find more to doubt. But if you fill it with love, your life will be filled with caring and loving people.

So stop complaining and blaming others. What is inside you will manifest outside of you.

If you want to be better, start by setting the right intention deep from your heart. Resolve to be kind and nice to others. Focus on being sympathetic and helpful. After some time you will see more beauty in others.

This can be helpful before meeting someone you dislike. By approaching the meeting with genuine good intentions, you may be surprised to find that the person you dislike isn’t actually a bad person.

Similarly, if you want more to be grateful for, fill your heart with gratitude. Always be thankful for what you have right now. Focus on the pleasure of enjoying your present life. Acknowledge that it is enough. You don’t need more to be happy because you are happy.

Each of us is unique with different backgrounds and upbringings. Avoid comparing yourself to others, as this only leads to wanting to be someone else instead of embracing your true self. Focus on being your best in your path, as constantly wanting to be different will only fill your heart with feelings of lack, perpetuating a cycle of inadequacy.

Finally, knowing that everything begins in your heart, set your intention wholeheartedly. Manifest it first in your heart. If you want to succeed in your career or studies, appreciate your skills and knowledge. These basic resources are your assets; be grateful for them. Then, identify what needs improvement and work on it. Enjoy and be grateful for every step of your progress. Be thankful for your growth. What others have achieved is not yours to worry about, as you have your path to focus on.
