So where to start?

We are humans and we have weaknesses, admit it.

Simply being aware of your weaknesses isn’t sufficient to kick-start your journey of self-improvement. Your ego might attempt to hide them and create justifications, shifting the blame onto others or the circumstances.

It’s only through acknowledging and wholeheartedly accepting your shortcomings that you can move forward and make meaningful progress.

There is always a root to a problem, identify it.

By acknowledging our bad habits, we can get to the root of our problem. And behind those bad habits are addictions we didn’t know we had.

Once identified, work on eliminating those addictions. Then form good habits by getting yourself addicted to something positive.

Your inner thoughts will inevitably manifest as your automatic reactions. When you pour water from a pot into a cup, what is inside the pot is what you get. If it is tea, don’t expect you will get a cup of coffee.

Likewise, people with a positive mindset respond positively when asked to respond or when being provoked. They choose to focus on the positive side of whatever they encounter. They are addicted to positive energy.
